This HPV vaccine is causing many side effects even death--Gardasil is the Culprit, I'm sure there are Politicians pockets getting filled with $$$Money$$$ to get this passed.

* No age in the bill- your five year-old nods their head- that is consent?

Thanks for posting that... I was just going to do the same... our Homeschool group is very into Parent's Rights. This is totally verified.

Here's the offending part of the legislation:

Section two amends subdivision 2 of section 2305 of the public health
law to provide that a health care practitioner may diagnose, treat or
prescribe treatment for a sexually transmissible disease for a person
under age eighteen without the consent or knowledge of his or her
parents or guardians where such person is infected with a sexually
transmissible disease or has been exposed to infection with a sexually
transmissible disease.

This section also provides that a health care practitioner may provide
health care related to the prevention of a sexually transmissible
disease, including administering vaccines, to a person under age
eighteen without the consent or knowledge of his or her parents or
guardians, provided such person has capacity to, consent to the care,
without regard to the person's age, and the-person consents.

What are they thinking give our kids shots without consent??

I contacted them... here's what I said Assembly version... for the Senate I changed the bill to S4779B and added some urgency:

Dear Assemblyman Oaks.

I understand that bill A6702C will come up for vote soon. I've read it and the ability for anyone to give any kind of medical care without my consent is abhorrent to me.

Please vote NO on A6702C, and strongly fight against anything that would get between a parent, child and doctor.

The government has no right to push a minor to have any medical procedure. A nine year old is in no position to be making medical decisions!

Educate families, don't take away parental rights.
