I live in the small town of Brighton, Ontario directly north of Rochester, NY. I rent small house right on the lake. Love working and living here, but contract is up in July and I will have to leave. Home is in MD, but I currently working out of Rolling Meadows, a suburb of Chicago.
The 35 days is an IRS rule that allows deduction of a portion of taxes if out of the country, it allows American contractors to compete with foreign companies.

Tain't the direction or distance, it's the time in the US. I am in Canada on a 1 year contract and can only be in the US 35 days to qualify for an IRS tax break. I attended the Mar 13th event at the Palace, but need to save my remaining 5 days is case of emergency between now and mid-July
I would love to attend the gun show, but live in MD and gun laws are very strict so only own one gun (an S&W 357). I have to remove the cork from my pop gun and keep the cork in a safe:)
